The presentation highlights the clinical applications of functional neurology and vestibular system rehabilitation, utilizing a CAPS Posturography device to objectively quantify posture and balance metrics before and after targeted neurological exercises.

Event Scheduling & Retail Policy: Live Functional Neurology Presentations 1. Book Inventory & Fulfillment Options Book retailers and host facilities partnering for events featuring Dr. David E. Kemp and Trey Durden may choose one of two fulfillment models: Option A: Retailer-Supplied Inventory: The host bookstore purchases stock directly through wholesale channels prior to the event. Option B: Author-Supplied Inventory: The authors transport inventory to the venue. Profit splits and reconciliation terms must be negotiated and agreed upon in writing prior to the event. 2. Financial Terms & Revenue Reconciliation All profit-sharing agreements, wholesale deductions, and commission structures must be finalized in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the performance. For author-supplied sales managed on-site, financial settlement must be completed within five (5) business days following the event. 3. Event Production & Technical Requirements CAPS Posturography Integration: The venue must provide a secure, dedicated floor space with proper clearance to safely operate the CAPS Posturography device for live volunteer assessments. Audio/Visual Support: The host must supply an operational microphone system (preferably lavalier) and a display monitor or projection screen capable of showing clinical data output to the audience. Volunteer Coordination: The host will assist with managing sign-ups for audience members participating in pre- and post-functional neurologic evaluations. 4. Presentation & Q&A Format Bookings include an instructional presentation on functional neurology and vestibular rehabilitation, a live clinical demonstration utilizing the CAPS Machine on audience volunteers, and an interactive Q&A session led by Dr. David E. Kemp. Public presentations remain strictly educational; individual medical diagnoses are not conducted during demonstrations. 5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations by the host facility must be submitted in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the confirmed date. Rescheduling requests remain subject to the touring schedule of Dr. David E. Kemp and Trey Durden.
