Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your purchase of pre-ordered books ("Back From Hell") through our website ("backfromhell.org"). Please read this Agreement carefully before placing your pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Pre-Order Confirmation:
By placing a pre-order through our Website, you acknowledge that you are making a commitment to purchase the Product. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful submission of your pre-order.

2. Release and Delivery Date:
The estimated release date of the Book is specified on the Product page. We will make every effort to ship your pre-ordered Book within the first month from the date of publication. However, unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays, and we will not be liable for any resulting inconvenience or damages.

3. Non-Refundable Purchase:
All pre-order purchases are non-refundable. By placing a pre-order, you understand and agree that the purchase is final, and no refunds or cancellations will be permitted, except as required by applicable laws.
